"potential is there but there’s a lot to do"

the staff is incredibly nice!

it’s not like the pictures at all. it is quite rocked down and that’s something i could get along with but it was just not clean at all. they cleaned again but there was no improvement. there was construction on each side and it is ok but not quiet or calm. i was supposed to stay 5 nights but left after the first one.

Hezká restaurace a zahrada.

Koupelna, klasická balijská. Sprcha hned u záchodu bez skla, takže voda byla všude. Ale vykoupat se dalo.

La limpieza, el entorno hermoso , el personal muy amable y siempre atentos. Lo recomiendo mucho!

Tal vez la variedad en el menú del restaurante, ya que contaba con limitadas opciones, por lo que me tocaba salir a comer seguido.

"Un buen sitio a buen precio donde el trato personal es lo mejor"

Lo mejor es la chica que está en la recepción, es súper amable y te ayuda en todo. En darte un masaje en la habitación, en alquilar una moto que te la traen al mismo hotel. Un buen detalle de bienvenida fue ofrecernos un té helado con un banana bread que estaba buenísimo. Fue facil negociar la cancelación de una noche debido al tiempo, lo cual se agradece mucho.

Lo único negativo es el ruido que te llega de las habitaciones contiguas. Tampoco me gustó que el zumo de naranja del desayuno no es natural. No deberían de ponerlo en este caso.

The room was massive, the breakfast included was so good! They had a good 8 or so options from a menu included for free and you can also get a coffee (latte/capuccino) rather than just black coffee included too! Staff were so kind and helpful! Pool area was very nice too

"Had an excellent stay at Tut Winten, would not change a thing."

We loved the pool, very clean. We also loved the room as it was spacious and had all of the amenities!
