Wir haben in der Unterkunft unser Osterfest gefeiert!Die Unterkunft hat uns mit einem leckereren traditionellen Osterkuchen begrüßt!Alles war perfekt- der geschmackvolle Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche ,die Schlafzimmer ,der Garten ,die ruhige Lage und der Pool ist extra noch einmal für uns gereinigt worden.Vielen Dank für alles !

La villa è splendida, curata in ogni dettaglio e in una posizione perfetta per godersi il soggiorno in totale relax. Non è previsto il servizio colazione, ma su richiesta Jan Paul e il suo team preparano un cesto straordinario con prodotti locali di altissima qualità: un vero valore aggiunto

Nulla, è stato tutto semplicemente impeccabile.

Schönes Haus mit guter Raumaufteilung. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Modern eingerichtet. Wohlfühlen ab der ersten Sekunde.

Für unser Empfinden zu wenig warmes Wasser am Abend für 5 Personen. Leider kein beheizter Pool. Von der Klimaanlage (ausgeschaltet) ging ein störender Piepton aus.

Einfach alles wunderschön. Von der Freundlichkeit von Jan Paul, bis hin zum Haus. Einfach ein Traum. Man kann es halt nicht jedem zu 100% recht machen. Ob die Dusche tropft oder der Pool nicht beheizt ist😂, aber im Großen und Ganzen ist es einfach ein mega schönes Haus. Man hat sich von Anfang bis Ende super wohl gefühlt. Ich hoffe der Standard, die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit bleiben erhalten und alle Gäste gehen respektvoll mit dem Haus um, damit auch andere einen schönen Urlaub dort haben können. Vielen Dank, dass wir da sein durften😍

Ein Blick auf den Gardasee wäre noch perfekt gewesen😊, aber das kann man ja nicht ändern.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Auch die Ausstattung durchweg hochwertig. Toller unverbauter Ausblick. Perfekte Unterkunft für erholsame Tage.

Leider einige Ameisenstrassen im Garten. Haben aber den Gesamteindruck nicht geschmälert.

Tolles Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung. Schöner Pool, voll ausgestatteter Küche und Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos.

Es gibt nichts negatives an der Unterkunft

The property is beautiful, exactly like the pictures. Modern, fantastic facilities. Lots of seating options. Felt really safe. Host/management were so easy to contact. So friendly. They even had a cake delivered for our daughters birthday which was such a thoughtful surprise.

The pool isn’t heated. Which we knew before we arrived. However it was very cold, we visited the property at the end of may/beginning of June. The children weren’t able to go in the pool as was too cold for them (and myself). Other than that the property is absolutely perfect!

It is an extraordinary private villa with a garden, a private pool and a beautiful view. There are multiple bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen (which had a separate wine cooler) and a big terrace. Everything was so comfortable! The sheets and plankets in the beds were 10/10. There was a nice parking space in the shade. The villa is surrounded by a garden, there is a BBQ. The private pool can be used at any time - we had a lovely time relaxing by the pool and swimming. We have travelled quite a lot - it is definitely on of the most memorable stays.

It is a 10 point place, but we had several issues and for that reason we can´t give it 10 points. - The communication with the host was difficult as the responses came quite late and no action was taken. -The pool lightning didn´t work. We contacted the host, who finally answered on the next day. The light was not fixed and the host didn´t react on the problem anyhow. - The air conditioning system didn´t work perfectly. It didn´t cool down the villa although the doors were closed and we used blinds at daytime. The air conditioners turned automatically off at night although we didn´t use timer. - Although there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - only two bedrooms and one bathroom were opened for us (the bedroom with a separate bathroom was closed). Although there were 4 of us, it would have been fair to provide what was promised. - An ironing machine was advertised, but was not available during our stay.
