JPChose to stay in this room for a short stay with my partner as we came out of Airport. Located near Negombo beach, with great food options around as well as close to the town so it was convenient, Ish was friendly, pleasant place to stay. We also enjoyed the comfortable and clean room facilities. Was somewhat disappointed that the wet weather stopped us from enjoying Negombo beach, but we are excited to return another time.
AUThis room in Negombo is the best budget room I have every stayed in Negombo area during my sri lanka trip. The room amenities and ambiance were top notch, location near the sea was exceptional and service was exemplary. Special mention goes to Manju. He also arranged my airport transfer. I communicated with Rom via WhatsApp, and email weeks before my trip to organise the tour, transfers, etc and he was always responsive with great advice. I would definitely book again next time I am in Negombo. Will recommend to my friends if they visit.
There’s nothing negative I can say. Every part of my stay from check in, relaxing night rest to check out was a great.
AUI recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment i arrived, the check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The property itself is beautifully maintained. the bed was very comfortable. The location was also ideal-peaceful yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

AUWe loved the stay in this property. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful place. The location was very convenient with easy access to the public transport, shops etc. Very closer to the beach & restaurants as well (about 15mins walk). There's a food stall right next to the building for breakfast & lunch. The staff were very friendly & polite. Will definitely visit again in the near future.
