Location was fantastic, clean and cosy.
We unfortunately didn’t have any hot water on our second day and the boiler was displaying an error code - contacted the host but received no reply.

The location was excellent and the apartment was lovely. The facilities were great. It was lovely to be able to take my daughters dog with us while she was away. We’ve stayed at many places in Tywyn and Aberdovey over the years since my parents passed away, and usually our family camp in Tywyn. This is the first time renting the Retreat but I would book it again.
Unfortunately the double bed was really uncomfortable with my back and the spring pertruded. We even turned the mattress over. I had to sleep in the small bedroom which was very comfortable. I think a good topper would solve the problem.
