The restaurant was highly unorganized. Had to wait for almost 20mins to be seated during breakfast. The staffs were just looking at us and did not bother to ask or help. It was busy so all tables were occupied but still there were tables within the restaurant for placing two kettles with coffee and tea and another right outside the restaurant with a ludo board lying on it. They could have easily cleared it and made us and few other guests seated who were waiting for long time but none of the staff members bothered about it. After finding a seat, we had to wait for plates and after getting plates had to wait for the food to be refilled in the buffet. Never expect a room service. You ask them for room service and the only answer they say is NOT AVAILABLE.

Excellent location. The team creates an experience with trekking trips in the morning and bonfire and music in the evening.

Food choice needs to improve.

The location was really good. Silent, away from the crowded streets. Surrounded by forest and greenery. Great get away for ppl living in metro cities. Few highlights of this place were 1. Suite Rooms - really spacious and affordable when compared to others. 2. Large swimming pool with a great view of the valley. 3. Great food. 4. Very friendly and accommodating staff members. 5. They have a trekking area which was a different experience My kids loved the swimming pool and play area.
