Glamping at The Well in Franschhoek

Did not have warm water and the bedding wasn't fresh.

Soirée agréable à la nuit tombée sur la petite terrasse, entre les saules pleureurs et les oliviers, face à la vigne. Endroit très calme.

La chaleur était si suffocante dans la tente (une grande yourte aménagée en dur) à notre arrivée à 16h30 que nous avons envisagé de renoncer à dormir là pour chercher un autre endroit. Le propriétaire nous a assuré que la température allait baisser à partir de 18h, ce qui est vrai. Elle chute même la nuit. Prévoir des boules Quies car les oiseaux et les animaux se font entendre à l'approche de l'aube.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The unit was exactly what we needed for a short getaway — comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could need. We absolutely loved the setting, and the location was perfect for exploring the town and surrounding area. It made getting around easy and added so much to the overall experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay — we will most definitely be back again in the future!

On farm but close to the Town. Owner was very quick and responsive to the one issue we did have.

It was a good glamping spot

The unit was pretty much exactly what we were expecting - loved the hot tub and the little braai area. The bed / stretcher under the oaks was wonderful for afternoon naps.

The heat from late mornings until late afternoons inside the unit was hectic. Shower was a bit rickety.

Excellent location. Lovely to have a splash pool.

Unfortunately the toilet didn't flush unless you took the lid off and pushed the flusher manually.It would have been nice to have a remote for the gate.
