Very clean, Frederica was very friendly and helpful, and good communication. The spa tub was a nice treat and we really appreciated the bottled water and welcome basket! It is a nice apartment, cool layout and design. Close enough to town and tourist sites, we easily walked to and from everything we wanted to see within about 15minutes. Also close to the port if you are using the ferries.

The hot water for the shower ran out very quickly, however there was lots of hot water for the spa bath which was odd. The mattress was very soft for our liking and the pillows were mis-shapen and very lumpy. The neighbourhood noise was a lot if you struggle to sleep; lots of kids screaming, dogs barking and fireworks being let off (maybe this was a one off, I don't know) also 730am very loud shutters being opened next door etc which woke us up earlier than planned, we'd had a long day traveling the day before so wanted a lay in.

The communication and check in and check out were all good.

The area is very dirty and loud and it can all be heared from inside the room. There are practically no windows in the whole room, only one on the door.

Lovely welcome and helpful managers. Thank you for the experience. Hopefully we will meet again.

Property was in a very dirty area of Palermo. Wasn’t good value for money considering the price.

Bed was uncomfortable. Area wasn’t the nicest at all.
