Charming cottage in a beautiful area close enough to visit, Belfast, Newgrange, Slane, Trim and other sites. Kitchen well equipped with a basket of extras from host. Personal messages before and after our stay.

Very tight driveway that was a bit difficult to access.

The accommodation was clean , cosy and comfortable. The position was great for day trips to nearby places, especially the Mourne Mountains. The under floor heating was a pleasant surprise.

It was not a surprise and had been well advertised in advance but the parking is difficult for larger cars

It was perfect

This cottage is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing break.

It was a very nice and quiet spot. Modern, spacious and clean cottage. There was bread, butter and wee chocolate left which was a nice touch. The shower had a good pressure and bath was nice too. We had a lovely, relaxing time

The house is not very well numbered. Had to ask a neighbour where the cottage was. The turn into the house and the driveway itself are extremely tight. I mean you are millimetres from the wall and bushes. The pillows where terrible. It seems like they have been washed and turned into a bag of cotton balls. The place isn't easy to heat up if you are cold. There is underfloor heating but it takes forever to heat up the room. Lastly trying to contact the owner was impossible. Tried messaging on booking.com and on the number that was given to me but no answer. The phone number comes back as not recognized.
