The king room was very nice and comfortable. Love it.

If you are staying for one night only at the least. It will do but that’s it and no more. The bathroom was messy but that’s because of other guests. The bathroom was okay. However the room was a little dirty and the smell was damp or musty. The kitchen facilities are non existent. The pillow had some dusty bits on it, the quilt didn’t look like it was very lumpy or not cleanish. Towel was a bit dirty as well. But all okay for just 1 night only. You can’t check in before 4pm and it’s okay and everything was set out before hand. Which was fine as you have to do some adjustments but it’s very fair place for one night at a discount rate of £26 I got for one room, if I had to pay more I wouldn’t. The cleaning needs to be really done as I don’t believe they clean properly, especially under the bed was rubbish, surfaces needs cleaning as well.

Location and price

Amazing for the price, comfortable and pretty clean and had everything you need. Good location, very close to shops and bus links and town. Easy check in/check out, staff I spoke to over messages seemed so friendly. Will definitely come back again if back in Belfast!

We couldn’t get the tv to work but it wasn’t a massive deal as we had our phones. The toilet was downstairs but this was not really a problem for us, just important to note if you have mobility issues

It was cheap, the bathroom was very clean.

It was very tattered, the walls had damp and the carpet in the morning was damp. The mattress was ancient with rips, no mattress protection and the sheet wouldn't stay on. Although clean the bathroom was tatty with broken architrave and limescale or mold on the shower compartment . There was a nice big tv there but nothing tuned in. There was a missing cable for some kind of freeview
