Les ascenseurs très longs.

해변가 바로 앞이라 물놀이하기 너무 좋았고 주차도 너무 편했습니다.

숙소는 다소 작아 4인 가족 이용하기에는 좀 불편했지만 시설은 깨끗했습니다

La habitación y el hotel en general están bien. Es una pena que lo estropee el personal y los ascensores.

El trato del personal (especialmente el hombre que nos atendió en recepción no está a la altura del hotel). Llegamos al hotel a la 1 de la tarde sabiendo que el el check-in es a partir de las 3 y preguntamos si podíamos hacer el check-in. Nos dice de forma no muy amable que no es posible, que vengamos a las 3 y nos pregunta qué turno de piscina queremos (sí, la piscina tiene turnos, algo inaudito!). Hay 3 turnos, de 8 a 12, de 1 a 5 y de 6 a 10. Le decimos que nos gustaría ir mientras esperamos a que sean las 3 pero nos dicen que es imposible porque nuestro check-in es a las 3 y no podemos ir antes. Por la mañana el check-out es a las 11 así que ni siquiera podría tampoco disfrutar completamente el turno de mañana si quisiese reservarlo (que no quiero). Básicamente, nos obligan a coger el turno de piscina de las 6 de la tarde. Al final la piscina la usamos solo unos minutos porque no era especialmente agradable pero creo que en recepción podrían haber gestionado esta situación mucho mejor. Pero lo peor de todo estaba por venir! A las 3 vamos a hacer el check-in y nos encontramos una cola enorme (literalmente como si fuésemos ganado). En vez de hacer lo lógico que hubiese sido ir haciendo el check-in de la gente poco a poco y decirles que no pueden entrar en la habitación hasta las 3 no dudan en fastidiar las vacaciones de la gente haciéndoles esperar y sin poder darles ningún tipo de trato personalizado. Adjunto dos fotos de la situación surrealista. Los ascensores también son un cuello de botella. Es fácil pasarse 5 minutos esperando un ascensor para subir o bajar. Es una pena que un hotel con una habitación que está bien lo estropeen de esta manera.

It was a great experience for me.

Second time we have stayed here. The staff are always very nice, and the room is a good size with comfortable beds. Good room for two adults and two kids. The rooftop pool was shallow, but it was great for a splash, and the kids loved it. The hotel is also right on the beach, with many restaurants and kids' game rooms. Also, the hotel is a very short drive away from crystal clear waters in the Seorak Mountains. We had a lovely time.

The biggest problem with the hotel is the limited elevators. Only three lifts for all of the rooms. So, many times we had to wait for up to 20 minutes or longer to be able to go up or down in the hotel. Very frustrating when you have hungry kids to feed and you just want to go out to eat.

nice room and staff. pool on the roof is really nice, it's open for many 2h time slots during the day and guests can choose 1 for free.

yangyang itself is a bit tacky, but that's not the hotel's fault. could use a device to hang wet bathing suits in the balcony, since there's a beach and a pool.

The swimming pool on the roof top was kids favourite! Clean rooms, nice view, just 2 3 mins from the beach. Amazing!

Smiwwing pool guards and the rules for the pool. They require everyone to enter eith hand band, also its closed 2 or 3 times during the day. Shuts down too early. Why cant you just let it open all the time?

Location right next to sea rooftop pool was good staff were very helpful with local knowledge and organizing taxis,resort is up and coming so a lot of building work around the area but didn't disturb us at all and beach was clean and tidy.
