The room upstairs was not rugged
GBIt was close to town centre.
Quilt on bed was very thin, so cold through night. No hot water. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility as need to go up a flight of stairs to access flat. No drinking provisions, i.e. coffee, tea milk, etc. No mirror in the bathroom, so my partner struggled to shave. On the positive side, it is very central to the town centre. Instructions given by the host were clear and informative.

The streets were filthy. Rubbish in front of the main entrance. Electrical sockets were sealed with tape. Radiators had rust all over Cooker had rust No evidence of any health and safety carried out.
GBCentral location. Bedding was clean and it was warm.
No tv. Cooker was filthy. The hallway smelt of mould. Everything in the flat was done on the cheap. Didn't feel safe when coming or.going from the flat due to the area it was located. Very much student accommodation.
