Cosy Lockwood Cottage in Town

The location was great—close to all amenities. We especially liked the fenced-in garden, where our dog could roam safely. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable. The property size was just right, allowing us to eat in or go out and relax during the day on the front terrace.

A suggestion only is providing a small container of milk so travellers can make a cuppa on arrival.

Al facility you need is provided,so it’s very suitable for you who is going to stay longer.

On the right side of Taupo to get to attractions. Had everything we needed for our short stay, loved the huge TV! Very helpful hosts, who were most understanding when we locked the keys inside the house.

Nice little house in a quiet location. Easy route into centre or out of Taupo in any direction. Liked the front garden and patio. Cozy inside. Plenty of parking.

What breakfast?

There was no extra toilet roll in the bathroom cupboard

Cozy house with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Huge tv in the living room and the bed in the master bedroom was a good size. Nice outdoor area to sit outside and excellent information about local amenities and attractions.

The house was a little musty when we first arrived but once we opened up the windows it soon aired out.

I wanted to share some positive feedback about our recent stay. The overall experience was enjoyable, and we really appreciated the comfortable beds and the handy location of the accommodations

I just wanted to mention that we noticed a slight shortage of toilet rolls and towels during our stay. It didn’t affect our overall experience, but it would be great if these essentials could be more readily available in the future. Thanks again for your hospitality—we look forward to staying with you again!

Cosy home, warm, close to town, shops, quiet. Cooking facility, washing facility.
