Quiet at night. Lots of light throught the large windows. 10 minute walk to beach.

We realize most people go out to eat but for those who want to cook several meals themselves, kitchen could use more equipment - wine cork, hand towels for kitchen, serving/mixing bowls, paring knife. Small stuff but important for cooks.

"Inexpensive and fine, but wouldn’t choose it again."

If you want to be in Santa Cruz area it’s in a good spot. Good kitchen space. Washer/dryer (single machine) included. Master bedroom mattress excellent. Provided big jug of drinkable water.

Very few supplies. 3 small rolls TP and one half roll of paper towels for 6 day stay. One hand towel and two bath towels for a two bedroom condo. No dish towel. Showers backed up while using them. No light at sink in master bedroom (empty socket area). Building Swimming pool is a plunge pool with only space for 4 lounge chairs. Don’t expect to hang out there.
