USThis was our second time staying here. The staff was very friendly with the best customer service (Front desk and breakfast bar hostess). We will be staying here every time we do festivities at the fairgrounds!
The room felt very clean overall, but I did notice that the pillow had a scent that reminded me of men’s deodorant.. similar to my husband’s. It wasn’t unpleasant, just a bit unexpected, as it gave the impression the pillow may have been recently used.

Breakfast was lacking. No crème cheese for the bagels, coffee was far away from the breakfast bar. The breakfast lady was very nice.
USWe arrived late during an exhausting road trip, and were pleasantly surprised with Tru. The host was warm and helpful, our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great. And the hotel had a fun vibe.

Breakfast was the struck minimum My confirmed request of a 1st floor room was not available,!!! After discussion with desk agent and showing him the confirmation from Tru email, to punish us ( I think) he gave us a room on the higher 4 th floor and the last room at end of corridor #401. My wife and I are 89 year old and we always make that request because it is difficult for us to carry our luggage’s. I WILL NEVER BOOK A ROOM IN A TRU FACILITY.

ITUSUSUSUSThe hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable! The staff was friendly. The breakfast included various choices of hot and cold food. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean!
My husband did not like the trendy 70’s decor. I did not mind it because I felt like the decor gave the hotel a modern look.
