NZThird floor needs air conditioning or at least a fan was too hot. Bathroom window on second level is not private from the street.

NZBeautiful apartment in a great location! We flew into Christchurch on a morning flight so had a bit of time to kill before check in and we were allowed to go drop our stuff off prior which was super appreciated as it ment not lugging it around. Lovely kitchen and rooms were spacious and bathrooms were great!
The beds were a little firm and uncomfortable and I'm not sure who was in the accommodation before my family and I but we found lots of hairpins around the place

The heat pump in living room did not heat well at all, suggest getting a service person to the property. The heat pump upstairs worked well but one in living room was very poor.

Only 1 fork, mugs are to big for coffee machine unless you remove drip tray. But that's minor compared to the beautiful place.
