My Happy Place

Clean and simple apartment in a great location (<10 min walk to center). The highlight was Stefano, who was extremely supportive. He gave us specific directions for Matera and Alberobello where Google Maps failed us. I will definitely look for this apartment next time I visit Bari.

Stefano is the best host that I’ve ever met. Honestly, he is so kind and always eager to help and paying attention to all the details to make the best for our stay. I would always recommend this place.

Both Stefano and his wife, Elena, have been so welcoming and helpful throughout - even from before arriving in Bari, they took care of updating us regarding bus schedules and offering various transportation options to arrive at their flat safely. The apartment was absolutely wonderful, the location is perfect, so close to the old town as well as to all bus stops, with all amenities just a few steps away. I travelled together with my mom, so what was even better was that the apartment was on the first floor, just a few steps to climb - very acessible for any mobility. We had everything we needed there, it was such a comfortable stay and Stefano and Elena were so kind to provide us with extra coffee, tea and breakfast supplies - and they also took care of us when we left the apartment as well to prepare for going to the airport. They are honestly the most attentive and kindest hosts I have encountered; from providing information about the city - to actively helping throughout, we were lucky to stay at their apartment and to get to meet them as well. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to stay in Bari, they are absolutely wonderful people - and for our own next trip to Bari, when the time comes, we would be so grateful to be able to rent their apartment again! Thank you so much for everything, we had a lovely trip and it is in great part thanks to you both!

The very minor inconveniences were more than compensated for by the friendliest and most attentive hosts we’ve ever had. Stafano and Elena go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Location is only 3-4 blocks from the historic center and there is plenty of public transportation to get anywhere in Puglia that you want to go.
