Dairy in the Black Mountains

Property was clean and spacious, nice location within a walking distance to the local pub.

Location, cleanliness, facilites, hot tub, privacy. Had a really lovely short stay. Thank you.

Nothing but just a few small suggestions would be: A place to put toilettries / teethbrushing stuff around the sink or on a shelf would be helpful. Some cosier lighting would have been nice in the lounge area as just had a choice of ceiling spots or this floor light that didn't give out any decent lighting. Some coat hooks would also be good.

Location was beautiful, amazing views. Very out of the way and in your own space.

Just the secluded, tranquil get away we needed. Spotlessly clean and wonderfully presented. Would highly recommend.

This was our second stay at the Dairy which says it all really. It is our goto place when visiting our daughter in Abergavenny. This time we managed a hike up Tabletop mountain from Crickhowell and a walk along the canal at Llanfoist wharf as well ass a quick drive up Blorenge to get views of the Dragons breath in the valley.

Wow! Absolutely perfect location for a quiet relaxing getaway. The property is spotlessly clean, and the decor is of extremely high standard. I could quite happily live there! The hot tub was set in a private location in the garden, accessed through the back door of the property. Was great that it was a proper hot tub and not the lazy spa type. The host’s provided robe’s which was fab for getting in and out of the hot tub. An added bonus was the outdoor wood fired pizza oven in the communal garden. There was enough firewood supplied to get us started, but we did need to purchase more from the local petrol station. A lovely touch was the complementary home made pizza dough in the freezer for us to use. The hosts communication was excellent, they were in contact as soon as we booked, with details of the property and helpful information of the local area, they were easily contactable, at any time. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again, absolutely perfect.
