The air conditioning worked well.

I didn't like the ants in the shower or the few I found around the hotel room. It was advertised as being extremely close to the Itris parks, but it's a 30minute drive. It's right off a main road and you hear semis driving by all night. The staff said we could have an early check in at 8am, at 8.30am and again at 10.30am we still couldn't check in. They got our breakfast order wrong. Also, they asked if we wanted housekeeping and we asked only for clean towels, we were out of the hotel for at least 8hrs and never got the clean towels. These issues were not language barrier because my husband is from Guatemala and fluent.
