"A lovely well equipped 400 year old beach side cottage, in a beautiful secluded peaceful location"

Excellent peaceful location. Easy off street parking next to property. All facilities (Hot tub, Kitchen, Shower, Washing machine etc.) all working. Excellent WiFi (~60Mbits/S) and smart TV. Ample fridge / freezer space for supplies. Fuel provided for the BBQ. FYI: The nearest 'proper' supermarket is a 15-20min drive away, so its best to buy all your supplies and fast food on your way in (say in Plymouth)

Not a fault of the property - mobile phone networks are very weak to non-existent in this area. There is no air con, so if you are expecting it to be hot, take a fan. But to be fair, even on the hottest day, the sea breeze kept things cool :)
