GBThe host Amy was unfailingly helpful. She stood by the entrance to guide us in, made us very welcome and was almost part of the family by the time we left!! She made us very welcome, explained everything for us and responded immediately to queries. The hot tub, once going, was a lovely treat to get in and enjoy. The house is beautiful and very nicely decorated and clean. There were complimentary drinks and cereal at the property. There is parking for 3 cars. The games room - a great touch and we used all the facilities. The kitchen is very well stocked. Very peaceful location and very good for dogs (if you have a small dog though just be careful as there is one place they could escape, the bottom of the parking barrier).
We had a lovely stay and would stay here again. The few little things below are just to help improve and are not a criticism! There were a couple of plumbing/fridge issues which were resolved quickly with no fuss. These things happen and that's just life. The cooker - the markings are worn away from very enthusiastic cleaning so make sure to refer to the guide inside the cupboard in the kitchen. It might be good to have a folder with some instructions/guidance you can look through when you arrive to help with orientation, so everything is in the one place. The twin room could benefit from slightly more substantial mattresses, we used a spare duvet to make it comfy. Would like bathrobe hooks on inside of bedroom doors. A regular frying pan would be good (not a Wok)

GBThis is an amazing place to stay Facilities are amazing and so well thought out Lots of space and it’s very homely Nice little extra like kids cereals sugar tea coffee, washing tablets , coffee grinder and beans. All the amenities and hosts are just amazing very welcoming but also leave you to a break only coming if you needed something Amazing stay at a steal of a price x
