Location only.
Booked for 4 beds...landed with 3 beds, which was adjusted by putting in a 4th bed, which resulted in a compact space...no space left to move around or pray. The room access cards were deactivated exactly at 12 noon without even thinking that guests might be in the mosque praying and that they would be late by the time they came back to the hotel for check-out. There was no mobile signal,as receieved an enclosed corner room.Missed important/emergency calls. Mobile signal boosters must be installed.

Easy location to access to Masjid Nabawi & Masjid parking area. Just drop my family in front of the hotel, then drive less than 50 meter to enter to masjid underground parking. Breakfast also good, multiples choice from local to international foods.
Check in during peak hour, not really effective. The staff look like under pressure and not able to smile.
