I like a small pool with a suitable depth for children, located near eateries and convenience stores, and equipped with a well-stocked kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, and Netflix for family time.

The overgrown area at the back of the house, filled with tall, untrimmed weeds, is a concern as it may attract dangerous animals like snakes into the house. With a price of RM300++, the living room should be equipped with air conditioning.
