A gorgeous self contained space with its own little sitting out area. Emma was very welcoming, the accommodation had everything you needed including tea and coffee. Microwave, kettle and toaster. The milk and water in the fridge was very welcome. The bed and sofa were super comfy, and we loved meeting Mac, the Labrador.

Perhaps a net curtain on the patio doors to give more privacy when going from the bedroom to the bathroom.

Lovely location very close to the beach. Easy parking on the street near the house. Beautiful garden at the front and a lovely private courtyard at the back to relax in. Friendly, welcoming host. Everything we needed for a short seaside holiday was provided.

Absolutely lovely place to stay while I was in the area for an appointment. Location is fantastic - you can hear the sea! And it was a short walk along the beautiful prom to a cold beer and fish and chip supper at Mildred’s, even on a Sunday night. Good shower, very welcome after a dip in the sea! The hosts were really welcoming, including Mac the dog who had a big woof and a sweet nature :) Bed is comfy, wifi fast, coffee tea milk etc provided was a welcome addition for my early start. Easy 15min walk into Margate where I had breakfast. Transport links are amazing round here. Do bear in mind this is an internal annex and you are basically in a family home. Everyone is very considerate but you can hear people milling about. I was aware, brought headphones etc, and didn’t feel any lack of privacy or have any issues with noise. I mention this is the ‘likes’ category as for me as a solo female traveller I felt very safe in this family environment and would recommend the place to others in the same situation on that basis. Will absolutely book again.

The hosts are addressing this, so it feels a bit unfair to mention, but the only sink being the tiny one in the bathroom is a bit of a pain. Got to say that they do everything to make it work, leaving a jug that fits under the tap and offering to take care of any washing up. Only a tiny niggle.

A lovely room with an airy separate place for dining and a gorgeous private patio garden. Emma was a great, warm and friendly host. The sea is at the end of the road.

Emma was very friendly and made sure my room and garden area were ready. Lovely setting and within comfortable walking distance of town.

Ideal location for dreamland

Very compact not a lot of room no sink not enough plugs couldn't lock our front door and we had to go through garage not ideal in the dark overall not bad but needs updating
