We’re a group of cyclists from around the world who stayed here for a night due to its convenient location and affordable price. Unfortunately, price doesn’t always mean quality. I parked my bicycle in the designated area near reception. After dinner, I noticed it was missing. Shockingly, staff were unaware and initially blamed me for not asking the guard to watch it—even though both the guard and staff saw me park it there. They then shifted blame among themselves. Eventually, the bike was found elsewhere on the property, apparently taken by another guest without permission while staff were inattentive. They wouldn't even tell me exactly where it was found. The next morning, the hotel manager briefly apologized in an insincere tone, blaming his staff and excusing himself as "new" rather than taking responsibility. I also found a cockroach in my room but didn’t manage to take a photo. The hotel felt quite empty, and dinner service was extremely slow. In short, although the hotel is new and affordable, it clearly lacks basic organization, accountability, and proper staff training.

Close to the beach, breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Lyna on reception was very helpful and always willing to have a chat and trying to improve her English. The ground keeping staff were always cheerful as were the housekeeping. The head chef, Mr. Duoc was fantastic. After I informed him I was a chef for 45 years, we had a lot in common. He invited me to meet his family and had a couple of great nights having a few beers.

too far from the city, could have a shuttle bus running a few times a day at a small fee. The gym was ok but the equipment may start to deteriorate after only a couple of years as I think it is a cheaper quality.

Very nice hotel with high quality design and furnitures. Very welcoming and professional people. Perfect English and very polite. The room was perfectly equiped and clean. Breakfast with plenty of food and a large choice of products. Very good deal

Not close to Hué but for me it wasn’t an issue. Might think of having separate places for people who would rather stay in quiet place while families are there. Some noisy children in the pool and in the restaurant could be disturbing.

Highly recommended. Staff was amazing. This hotel is brand new. Everything was perfect. We were there during a Typhoon, which was not their fault, but they handled it very well. It is a long distance from Hue, without many stores or restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is fine, and the prices are reasonable.
