La habitación es cómoda, la cama y las almohadas también.

El agua de la ducha no tenía presión. El edificio es muy caluroso (la habitación no porque tiene aire acondicionado). El ascensor es viejo y pequeño. Si bien está cerca de la estación de tren, el barrio es de muchos inmigrantes que se juntan en la plaza de enfrente y en los alrededores.

Extremely bad experience! There were bed bugs. I had booked three nights, but only stayed one because of bed bugs. I made the owner aware of this situation on the first night. The next day I had to reach out and ask for updates. They apparently sanitized the apartment but bed bugs don’t go away in one afternoon. That night there were still bedbugs so I left. I kindly requested for a refund and was denied it. The owner claimed that there were no bed bugs and even said that “my departure was hasty”. As if they could tell me how many bugs bites I had to take in before leaving. Of course they went to the appartment and didn’t find any. I suggest they lay down in bed for 40 mins and see how bedbugs appear. Same as happened to me. And start biting them. (Don’t they know that bed bugs are always hiding not visible and they come out at night when a person is in bed for a few mins/hours?) They even claimed that the mattress was new. It could be new, but with bedbugs! This situation was very inconvinient for me. I was solo travelling with a heavy suitcase and had to find another accomodation in the middle of the night. Way too disrespectful to treat a guest like that. Impliying I was making things up. Why would I??? Nothing more inconvinient than this.

The shower water pressure is very weak and the room floor is very cold at night, but everything else is good. The host also communicative.
