"2泊ともスタンダード室になってしまい残念"

朝食はまあまあ

禁煙室で予約したのに喫煙室になっていた。禁煙室に変更要求したらスタンダード室になってしまった。料金はそのままでした。

"快適だった。"

設備が新しく清潔だった。温泉が素晴らしかった。遅い夕食だったのでホテルで済ませられるレストランがあって便利だった。

なし。バスタオルを温泉脱衣場で回収できれば良いのにと思った。

外観も内装もとても綺麗です。スタッフの対応もとっても良かったです。 大浴場も混雑無くゆったり入れました。 カードキーが無いと入れないのは防犯を考えたとても安心なシステムだと思いました。風呂上がりの無料ビールも最高でした。朝食も美味しかった‼️ 立地も良い。チューリップ公園徒歩圏内は最高‼️

・朝食の座席システムが悪い 分かりづらい。 ・寝巻きは２日目も同じなんですかね？タオルは新品があったけど、寝巻きは回収されて 追加の物が置いてなかった (連泊) ・加湿器付けたけど、効きがあまり良く無く乾燥がひどかった ・部屋にティッシュが無いのは困りました
