Last min booking for reading festival .. great little find. Nice and clean. Had everything you could possibly want and a really lovely host. Will be back next year hopefully. Thank you!

Very lovely looking little property, with a nice comfy bed. The living space is very aesthetic and has nice interior finishes. Really sweet outside space. Lovely bathroom with a really nice shower. Good location in a really sweet village with a shop.

Very hard to stay in if you want to be there for more than one night or want to eat in. There is lots of cooking facilities e.g. air fryer, pots and pans even outdoor BBQ, however there is no sink or dishwasher in the kitchen meaning you cannot wash up. I had to use the bathroom sink, which was tiny and not at all ideal and even then there was no washing up liquid or sponges so couldn't wash up properly. Not sure why there would be so many kitchen facilities if they can't be cleaned after use. I also found the internet connection to be quite challenging. It was intermittent and would often stop working after a while, making it difficult to use devices like laptops or phones. This also affected the TV, which was sometimes hard to watch due to connection issues. While it could be a great spot if you're looking to unplug and disconnect from electronics, it's important to note that this might not suit everyone. If the intention is to provide a more off-the-grid experience, it would be helpful to highlight that more clearly in the listing, as it can be very inconvenient for guests who rely on a stable connection during their stay.

Lovely cosy place, outside decking area, easy to find, friendly host. Little extras appreciated - teabags milk biscuits etc.

Does really need a sink to wash up cups, plates etc, we only were staying one night so didn't matter, but if staying longer this would maybe become an issue.
