alles behalve het uitzicht. zwaar gedateerde en niet functionerende faciliteiten op de kamer. problemen rond watertoevoer/wc gemeld maar niets mee gedaan. ontbijt: personeel ongeïnteresseerd en om 09.00 uur was groot deel aangeboden producten niet meer aanwezig bij het buffet. Bij vertrek bleek onze nota belast te zijn voor niet door ons genuttigde consumpties in het restaurant. ondanks belofte receptionist ons de volgende dag hierover terug te bellen niets meer vernomen. na twee reminders maar opgegeven. zelden een slechter hotel, zeker gelet ook op de pricing, bezocht. wij raden dit hotel ten zeerste af.

Hotel is up on the hill in front of a mountain. Super away from the hustle and bustle of the main town which is rly nice. It makes your stay way more enjoyable becos it is quieter and secluded. The nature around the hotel is also rly nice to walk around. Interior of the hotel is very classic and wooden which is beautiful. Even thought the hotel is further up on the hill, it is still easy and safe to walk to near by restaurants. As for the rooms, our room was very spacious. Beds are comfortable with a nice duvet blanket. One thing to note is that it does not have an aircon but since we are quite high up in the mountain instead of the in the town square, the air is rather cool so even without aircon it was comfortable ! The balcony of the rooms overlooks the cortina town which is very nice to wake up to. For the breakfast, the usual european breakfast spread is given and is not bad. Staff are efficient and nice too! We asked everyday if they could help us fill up our water bottles before we leave for our hikes and they happily help us out :) Front desk staff are really nice and informative, they speak great English as well so no need to worry.

There is no main light switch for the hotel room. You have to on the individual lamps in the room to have light which is a bit troublesome. I do acknowledge that it is for the classic cottage vibe of the room and I find it nice, but sometimes troublesome.

Prostorný pokoj s výhledem na hory. Byli jsme s jorkšírem, nebyl žádný problém. Snídali jsme venku. Parkování před hotelem. Klid a přitom blízko do města.

No tenia Wifi. Los muebles y decoración de la habitación era de los años 80. La habitación muy pequeña

O café da manhã era muito bom. Fica a sugestão do hóspede poder servir seu proprio café na xícara. Cada pedido de cafe demorava muito e isso atrapalhou um pouco a experiencia no cafe da manha.

O hotel como um todo precisa de uma modernização. A impressão que dá que tem muitos móveis antigos um pouco aleatórios, sem um espaço de bobby para sentar internamente. A recepção tambem achei desorganizada. Falta um upgrade no hotel como um todo. Incluindo o apartamento.

Beautiful view all around the hotel. It was spectacular to look at. The room's balcony was a lovely place to soak it all up.

No shuttle service into town as advertised. It was a 20 minute walk but could be tricky with luggage
