Studio Old Town With Terrace

Сподобалось місце розташування, в самому старому місті, та тераса, де можна посидіти на вулиці

Кімната дуже занедбана, , ремонт оновлювали мабуть років 15 тому, якщо не більше, а душі пліснява, меблі старі. Вартість оренди абсолютно не відповідає умовам та сервісу

I did love it. Maybe because I didn't have many expectations. The terrace is very nice , spacious and there's shade most of the day, at night it's very fresh.

Well, everything could be improved, the cuttlery and crockery, for example. And having a kitchen towel would be nice, and a pan.

La posizione. Ma considerato lo stato di degrado, diventata irrilevante.

Per fortuna ho fatto solo due notti e ho potuto fare la doccia altrove. Sporchissimo, muffa, ruggine, peli e capelli ovunque. Ho trovato perfino una lente a contatto. Della TV c'è solo la staffa attaccata al muro. Fili e prese elettriche a ciondoloni e fatiscenti. Porte e maniglie rotte. Ho fatto subito presente che era sporco. Hanno risposto (dal numero di massima reperibilità!) dopo 24 ore per scusarsi e dire che avrebbero mandato l'addetto delle pulizie. Ovviamente non si è visto nessuno. Ho segnalato anche che non c'era acqua calda (anche se comunque la doccia non era agibile). Nessuno si è fatto sentire. Gli imprevisti e i problemi possono capitare ma da parte dell'host non c'è nessuna intenzione di far fronte ai disagi del cliente. Probabilmente penseranno che ormai il cliente ha pagato e loro sono a posto così. Allego delle foto perché sono molto più eloquenti di molte parole.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πενταβρώμικο. Ενδεικτικά και με φωτογραφίες που επισυνάπτω, υπήρχαν τρίχες στο σιφόνι της μπανιέρας, καφετί λεκέδες, ψυγείο και κατάψυξη που έλεγες πως ζούσε κάποιο ζωάκι. Αναγκάστηκε ο οικοδεσπότ ης και μου άλλαξε δωμάτιο βλέποντας και ο ίδιος την κατάσταση του δωματίου που μου προσέφερε!

In a good part of the city, good amenities. Friendliness of everyone in the area.

It could have been slightly cleaner, but this was easy to overlook seeing as how it delivered on everything else.

There's a positive!!! Location was fantastic!! Right in the lovely old town centre, and actually pretty quiet! And when we did manage to find the place, the guy who let us in was really friendly.

We'd just stayed 5 nights each in two absolutely wonderful apartments elsewhere in Crete... Then we came here for 2 nights... I booked only two evenings before, and for some strange reason didn't notice the reviews part... But it had an average rating of 'very good' which falsely reassured me. (I now see that this was achieved by a few - I think I can say confidently - fake 'Fabulous' reviews which distort the average...). It would not be disingenuous to describe this place as like a student squat!! As not indicated in the pictures, it's accessed by some stairs from a single door on the street, then through a small courtyard crammed with dead plants and washing drying on clothes racks, up some more stairs, more dead plants and decayed garden furniture, then you are there... And quickly wish you weren't...! I knew it wasn't going to be anything special from the price, but eughh! Felt sort of dirty just walking in... As other reviews say, the whole place is filthy. Shower blocked with hair and sand, moudly everything, dilapidated everything anything that might once have been white plastic was now yellow... And yes, NO HOT WATER! I messaged the person on booking and the reply said 'there is full hot water, leave to run for 1-2 minutes'... hmmm .. would never have thought of trying that before resorting to contacting you... So yes, cold showers it was... Standing in a two inch puddle of said cold water because it doesn't drain away for ages... As if I need go on (though sharing this is rather therapeutic!!) the bed's springs hurt, and my partner and I would have preferred the double bed to have had a double sheet to sleep under... not the single size one we had!! You couldn't, and would not possibly want to, cook in the kitchen... Somewhat of a blessing, there were clean sheets and towels! (I'll forgive the small stain on the single sheet as at least it proved it had been through a hot wash...)
