FREE PRIVATE PARKING, New Apartment

Vi bodde i lägenheten i fyra nätter och är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Lägenheten är välplanerad och fullt utrustad med allt man behöver, vilket gjorde det enkelt att känna sig som hemma. Läget är verkligen ett stort plus – med gångavstånd till affärer, stranden och Gamla stan hade vi nära till allt. Det var också väldigt smidigt med parkeringsplats på innergården, där bilen stod tryggt och ostört under hela vistelsen. Terrass mot innergård och balkong mot gatan – perfekt för att koppla av efter utflykter. Vi kan varmt rekommendera denna lägenhet!

Appartement très confortable pour deux personnes, bien équipé (lave-linge et lave-vaisselle), et surtout idéalement placé à deux pas du centre historique mais malgré cela dans un quartier calme. Il dispose d'un parking (bien utile en plein centre).

Il ne vaut mieux pas avoir une trop grosse voiture pour utiliser le parking.

Excellent location 10 minute walk maximum to the historical centre. Enclosed private parking which proved to be a luxury in such a busy area. Apartment was very spacious, clean and modern, very tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Quiet private veranda with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Lots of shops and amenities in the area. Advice and tips provided by the owner regarding best beaches, places to eat and visit etc proved very useful.

These are not negatives but more so just 2 tips for the owner: There was no umbrella/parasol provided for the table on the balcony despite the photos displaying one. This was required in the morning as the sun was already starting to shine on the balcony. There was no sweeping brush provided so I was unable to sweep the leaves and debris from the balcony. I could only find a vacuum cleaner for indoor use.

Room is extremely modern, spotless clean and large enough for solo traveller or couple. It is not just a hotel but high quality private apartment. Access to town center is very easy, only 5 min walk. You will not see owner but communication is easy by WhatsApp. I would strongly recommend.

There is a private parking but it is bit small (This is normal in Italy). If you have big car, I would recommend to check in advance.

Spacious and very clean with a nice design. Flawless wifi connection. Excellent communication with our host who was very friendly and helpful. Having a free parking place in the crowded city was a big plus. Walking distance to the old town/port. Supermarkets and good restaurants nearby.

Everything was perfect

The whole apartment looks amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything that you need, you'll find it there. The terrace is very quiet and spacious. The apartment is very close to the old center, but the whole place is very quiet. I highly recommend this place.

There is nothing to not like.

The apartment was clean and modern, there was everything what wee needed - even some tea, coffee.. Edoardo was very helpful and nice. Very close to bus station and to the city centre.

Just a short walk from the old town and harbour, the apartment was spacious and nicely furnished. The secure parking very convenient.

Very nice host who gave us a lot of tips for sightseeing and dinner. The apartment is about 2min on foot from the old town where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed the spacious balcony. The apartment was already stocked with all the essentials like some water, spices, tea, coffee, washing powder, kitchen roll, etc. It also has a variety of pots and pans in case you want to cook. The apartment features a private parking spot within the building block which is comfortable, since finding a spot in the streets might take a while.
