Spacious and clean with good facilities. Nice view from sun terrace.

Pool was nice but surrounding area not so much. No sunbeds to relax on. Smell from drains in the en-suite.

Very spacious perfect for family of two adults three kids good facilities

Slight drain smell in one bathroom but not really issue once fan was on

Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The property management team are very nice and helpful. There was an issue with the balcony door self locking (team are aware it needs to be fixed) which meant we got locked out at 8pm on a Sunday night. Marisa was very quick to sort and the lovely cleaning lady came to our rescue.

Everything is a little outdated and could use some maintenance/investment from the owners. It’s apparent the pictures were taken quite some time ago. There’s a bad smell coming from the drain in the en-suite, which I note is on another review. I let Marisa know as we were leaving so they can sort for the next guests. Also, the property is uphill from the old town/marina but it’s not expensive to get an Uber if you don’t want to walk (€4-5)

Having the patios available and the coffee shop across the street.

No instructions for the washer, thought it was washer/dryer combo but determined it wasn't after we started the washer.

Lovely property with everything you need. Fantastic view. Air conditioning. Very comfortable. Lovely refreshing pool. Great wifi. All the amenities in the kitchen and a great tv entertainment system. Shop over the road. EXCELLENT hosts.

Spacious apartment. Pool was good size. Kitchen well equipped. Large TV. Was clean and tidy. Beds comfortable.

Found it difficult to find apartment on arrival, although owner was helpful. (Is number 9). No sun beds round the pool that could be used. Apartments exterior needs painting as looking scruffier than the photos. Stairways a bit grotty leading from apartment to pool. Exterior, generally needs a bit of TLC. Location was close(ish) to centre of Albufeira, (about 10-15 minute walk) but is on a steep hill and needed taxi back because of this.
