Brilliant value for what we needed! It’s clean and pleasant. Has everything you need and great communication!

The area it’s in is abit dodgy. But the property itself was great

Very spacious. Towels were extremely large and comfortable. Bedding was all clean. Lovely little box of essentials in the bathroom. Close to centre. Large bedrooms with desks.

The toilet in the upstairs bathroom is in an inconvenient location with a cupboard to the side making it hard to sit on. There was chicken left in the air fryer No shower mat in the bath causing a fall when using the over bath shower. Sofas were uncomfortable. Hob only worked with a lighter.

The house had brilliant facilities, very clean. Everything we needed for our trip.

Slightly unnerving with groups of males hanging around outside the house. There appeared to be drug deals taking place. Numerous taxi drivers voiced their concerns about us staying in the area and was described by one as "the Bronx" Also a neighbour came and knocked on the door and asked if we would help make a complaint to the council about antisocial behaviours as the area had gone downhill . We obviously declined to do this.

The property was clean and in close proximity to a bus stop to get into the centre of the city.

The area was quite run down.

Good size rooms and well maintained property

Lots of people hanging around the house at all times.

Clean bedding

Area, garden and kitchen and bathroom need updating. The owner can't help the neighbours, but we left a day early because of them. Not even 3 star

Easy to get keys, Jam, tea, coffee and kitchen was all great Soap and cleaning products really great Beds comfy with plenty of bedding. For the price I can’t really fault too much as it is value for money.

Location is horrible although close ( a short taxi) to town, needs a renovation as starting to show its age that said it is clean, not suitable for a young family but great for groups and students looking for a place to stay and see the city, The sofas and doors in the front and back garden are not inviting.
