CHRoom and facility were amazing. Everyting looked new Maybe a 10 minutes walk away are some restaurants and a Woolworths supermarket Quiet area Free parking

FRA second nightstand + beside lamps + curtains at every window would definitely be a plus. First impression was pretty good (welcoming hosts, new house, easy parking on the street, big bright bedroom, nice bathroom...) until I noticed that the room hadn't been vacuumed for a while and that the sheets were already wrinkled and covered with hairs that were clearly not mine... in short, ok for a 1-night stay, considering the price and the proximity to the airport.

NZNZClean, well-presented unit in new subdivision in Hamilton; bedroom is at the front of the house, next to the front door, with an ensuite bathroom and separate walk-in wardrobe area.
This is not really a complaint but something for potential guests to be aware of. This property is in a new subdivision, and at the time we were there (Feb 2025), building work was underway on the section opposite the property. Car parking is on-street opposite the property and the car park may not be as easily available in future when the subdivision is fully occupied/built. Window had blinds, but could do with curtains to provide better privacy from the front of the property/road.
CAThe room is great, linen smelled like lavender, very clean, very nice room.
Well, it is at the owners place so we kinda share the same entrance which is weird ( i can smell their cooking, hear what they do and everything). But easy fix, I would just suggest to add another door after the guest room (it is the first room) in the hallway. Or some kind of privacy wall would fix the awkwardness.
