USMy experience with the hosts was truly exceptional. From the moment I reached out to them with inquiries, they were not only prompt in their responses but also incredibly welcoming and caring in their communication. They provided clear and detailed instructions on every aspect of my stay, leaving no room for confusion or uncertainty. It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring my comfort and satisfaction during my visit. The cozy ambiance, combined with its cleanliness, created a perfect retreat. I left with a sense of gratitude for such a wonderful stay and a strong desire to return in the future. Overall great stay for couples, singles, and even families, would highly recommend!!!
ESQuick shout out for the nice apartment – it's been a good stay! The host was super quick in resolving an issue with missing keys when we got to the apartment and realised the cleaner didn't leave the keys in the lock box, and we really appreciate that. He came down in 20 minutes to open the door for us.
Areas for Improvement: Wanted to mention a couple of things. In the master bedroom, the bed wasn't set up quite right – no fitted sheet, and the duvet was just on the mattress. It got us thinking about hygiene a bit.Also, found a towel in the same room with a bit of a blood situation – not the best surprise, gotta admit.Oh, and the TV situation. Remote had no batteries, and even after downloading the Samsung Remote Control app, we couldn't get it sorted.Lastly, we were hoping for some shampoo and shower soap since we couldn't bring liquids.
