GBVery clean. Towels wear fresh and smelt lovely Tea coffee and milk provided as a welcome. Smart tv so I could connect to keep children quiet and also board games for children to play with. I would say in the best location along south road close to everything.
There wasn't anything we didnt like about it.

GBA clean, modern apartment with everything you need. We had our own private walkway to the beach and everything good about Brean was literally within a few minutes walk.
The only downfall was no Internet.

No internet, beds were a little small. Noise from caravan site behind
GBFantastic location, easy to get to everything. Host's communication was great. Lots of little extras like tea, coffee, kitchen roll, washing up liquid which was a pleasant surprise. Apartment was a good size for our family and clean. Kids enjoyed the board games provided as well. Really pleased with our stay. We would definitely book again.
The only thing missing was an iron which wasn't a big issue for us really.
