ZAThe host was very professional and helpful. I arrived earlier than my scheduled check-in time but she accommodated me without issue. The room was spotless, very comfortable and cosy. The pool area was clean and well maintained. All in all I had a great experience. Will come again soon!

No intercom at the gate to alert the staff that you have arrived. No cameras at the entrance. I had to call the multiple numbers on board and waited outside for 10 mins before they could open for us. There’s no proper parking we just parked on the grass somewhere in the yard and had to go through mud as it was raining. The room was not clean, no towels available, no cups, no glasses, no plates. There were spiders and ants in the room

Our room was not cleaned everyday and we were not given enough towels had to repeat towel and sheets were not changed slept of same sheet for 3 nights .used soap that was used by someone else .pool was cleaned 1hour before usage .kitchen was not tidy cleaned
ZACozy, beautiful as advertised, clean place in general, place nested close to everything
Incorrect WIFI password provided as a result my partner had to drive all the way to centurion because he was on standby and couldn’t access his emails on his tablet, old white towel rather very old which makes it difficult to confirm if it’s clean. No toilet paper
