Only two things we liked is the location, because it was not that far from city center and the comunication from the owner.

Apartmet is not clean, spider webs across the bed, bed frame was filled with wholes in it, whole appartment was smelling like mould, bathrooms door is with a whole in it, walls staint in some red spots (which looks like blood), apartment is underground, no windows, no conditioner, no where to heat Your food and just... Who has a small space fobia - wouldnt recommend... Sorry, but that was one of the worst experience ever had...

There is no window and the air circulation is horrible. After just an hour the room becomes stuffy. After a whole night's sleep you will wake up dizzy. It is not just inconvienient, it is unhealthy and for some people even might be dangerous. It is on the verge of something that can be considered a scam needed to be reported. The owner is nice tho.

The place is conveniently located. The room itself is renovated nicely.

The place is a damp, windowless, fan-ventilated basement bed-sit. And that is the exact description of what it is.

We enjoyed flat’s location, proximity to the city center, free parking and tidiness of the flat. The owner was really friendly.
