Riad dar Karam

Good location, it was close to many markets and restaurants. The owners were very hospitable and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. Rooms were nice and spacious, overall a beautiful place to stay.

The Riad is located in a nice area, perfect for those who want to see an authentic part of the medina and not only the touristic zones. I appreciated the local market in the near streets, you only see local people and zero tourists, which is what i like the most usually. The Riad is very nice, clean and well made. It's simple, it feels like being at home. The room was big enough and the bathroom is also simple, clean and nice. The bed is comfortable and the shower is big. The real plus is that Nadia and Philip are just awesome! Nadia made me feel her son, literally cooking for me and only authentic moroccan specialities. I think i had my best food in Morocco from her. Philip is also a good chef, with a special talent for dessert (as french tradition wants!). If you are not looking for a Instagram experience but for a local, authentic and genuine Riad, this is exactly what you should go for. I will definitely come back here next time.

Excellent riad. The accommodation is exactly as in the pictures, i.e. comfortable bedroom directly connected (there is no door in between) to bathroom and toilet. Both compartments (the bedroom and the bathroom) are clean and well equipped and provide all needed for a comfortable stay. The riad itself is a historic house in an atmospheric small street of the old downtown of Marrakesh and its vintage style contributes for the overall atmosphere of the place. The truly exceptional ingredient of the riad are the hosts, Nadia and Phil. Nadia takes care the guests to experiences the best of Moroccan hospitality, starting with delicious and diverse traditional breakfast and going further to provide excellent recommendations how to enjoy Marrakesh in the best way possible. Very warm, personal and sincere, human atmosphere that in itself is unique ingredient of the experience.

Pour un premier séjour à Marrakech, nous ne regrettons pas d'être venus au Riad Dar Karam. Accueil chaleureux, riad magnifique et décoré avec goût. Le petit plus : les petits déjeuners pris sur la terrasse le matin, variés et copieux, nous nous sommes régalés ! Nadia s'est rendue disponible à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Nous nous sommes sentis comme " à la maison " et avons adoré passer notre voyage ici. Merci encore et à bientôt 🫶🏼

Posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla piazza principale e dai negozi della medina e Nadia è stata una persona davvero speciale!! Le sue colazioni fantastiche!!

Comunicazione, accoglienza e disponibilità completa di Nadia. Pulizia eccellente in tutte le zona della struttura. Camera ampia e il bagno sembra una spa. Colazione ogni giorno fatta sul momento all’orario preferito con prodotti tipici sulla meravigliosa terrazza.Zona silenziosa, da cui si possono raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse a piedi o in taxi anche dall’aeroporto. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa accolti da questa famiglia.

We absolutely loved our stay! Nadia made us feel truly at home from the very first moment – she’s incredibly kind, helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh and beautifully served. The whole riad was spotless, cozy and smelled amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Marrakech.
