Spacious 1st Floor Apartment

Location excellent 👍 very clean and smart. Good directions and contact.

The apartment occupied the whole first floor of a large Victorian house. The rooms were large and airy with high ceilings. The bathroom and kitchen area were smart and well equipped. The house was near to a main road in Keswick but was nonetheless quiet. Entry to the building and the apartment was easy using a digital key pad. There was dedicated parking for one car. This was safe being located in a private road behind the house. The location was good, being an easy walk to the town centre, but sufficiently far out to remain peaceful.

There was very little to object to about the property. Had we had more than one car, the parking might have been problematic although there was a public car park a short distance away.

A fabulous apartment close to the centre of Keswick. The flat was very clean & comfortable & the kitchen kitted out with everything you'd need. A great find, we'll definitely be back!

The space and aspect of the rooms were good. And the location and parking provision was excellent.

Hearing occupants on the floor above was a bit disconcerting at first. I would have really liked a comfortable easy chair in the bedroom, as an alternative location to read, rather than the living room.

Great location, had all the facilities needed, nice and clean, plenty of space. Parking was also very convenient with detailed info on how to access.

The property was exceptionally clean. It also had everything provided that you may need right down to bin bags, hand soap and a washing up sponge.
