Very clean and well equipped flat in a quiet, pleasant area. Well placed for access to Skiddaw, Scafell Pike, Helvellyn etc with only a short walk necessary to the excellent pubs and restaurants in the town centre.

"Enjoyable and affordable."

Clean and spacious. Good location. Kitchen well equipped and modern as was the bathroom. Large rooms with plenty of storage.

A grab rail in the bathroom would help an older person to get out of the bath/shower more easily. Also something to house the shampoo and shower gel when showering instead of balancing them on the rim of the bath.
