Stylish, business traveller friendly apartment, with free parking and Netflix

The entire apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated. Every possible need was catered for and when we had an issue with a power cut and loss of hot water, Jules immediately came to our aid and fixed the problem. The ingredients for a quick first night supper, the luxury toiletries and the provision of games and books really made this a home away from home. A little gem we are so happy to have found!

Instructions were really easy to follow and communication with host was excellent. The place was modern, comfortable and spotless, really greta value for money.

The apartment is fantastic with every need catered for. It is beautifully decorated and furnished making it very comfortable. I was really impressed by the attention to detail which made our stay feel like a home from home. All amenities are state of the art and with clear information regarding the property throughout. Jules, was an amazing host! She provided very helpful instructions on how to gain access and was easily contactable if need be. She generously provided some cooking ingredients and my preferred choice of milk which was a pleasant surprise! I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely book again.

Nothing, it was exceptional

The flat was close to local amenities but a bit of a challenge to get to due to roadworks and a road closure. These works are of course temporary and under normal conditions I would envisage easy to get to. If access to the building was detailed in the joining instructions, unfortunately I must have missed them and made my way, incorrectly, to the front of the building however Julie was easily contactable and helpfully directed me to No 3 within the building. The flat is beautifully decorated, tastefully furnished and every small detail has been given stylish consideration. The bed was extremely comortable and the shower a good size and very efficient. In addition to the milk in the fridge, there were the basic ingredients for a pasta dinner laid out, which I thought was a particularly thoughtfull and useful gesture. I also loved the way instructions were displayed in tasteful framed stands as opposed notices stuck up here & there. It was overall an excellent stay. Next time I will ensure it is for longer .

There is very little about the flat to dislike but if I had to make one observation, the bathroom sink isn't large enough to wash your face without water splashing all over the floor but admittedly space is limited.

The property was immaculate. The instructions about how to access the property were excellent and the host available immediately for help if needed. To arrive at the property after a long day with ingredients for supper provided was such a bonus. The property was quiet, the bed very comfortable and facilities excellent. The beautiful plants were an added bonus!

Amazing Stay, I recommend 100% ! Really lovely apartment with everything you need included. Jules was a great host she made sure that everything was spot on. The location is easy to find, the house is amazing, decorated with style and very clean and smells divine, and the bed super comfortable, you are going to sleep like a baby. You have everything that you need in the kitchen in case you would like to cook as me as I love my home-made meals and the Expreso Lavaza Machine dose really good coffee, perfect to wake up in the morning. There are great selections of take away and restaurants in the area. And a big plus for me Netflix was included to chill at the end of the day. I loved everything.

The apartment was absolutely stunning! had all the mod cons, everything you would need and more it was supported with the most fantastic host Jules. Jules was brilliant! she guided directly to the front door and checked the heating and all was ok during my stay, Jules was kind enough to leave milk and a little recipe out for my arrival. - I was departing the local airport early morning, Jules was kind enough to update me on the snowy weather conditions and given me guidance on the roads. I do travel lots as a flight attendant and I can honestly say this apartment was the best experience I have had the pleasure staying in. Thank you Jules, Benny

The place is good value for money, and very clean. The host thought of everything, there's spare phone chargers, monitor with to connect your laptop, and shopping bags which is good for the planet. The bed is very comfortable and there's two TV's one in the lounge and one in the bedroom, both with Netflix It is a good location for the conference centre, which is really close. There's a convenience store and pub with live SKY and BT sports around the corner. Jules did supply milk and asked if I preferred a diary free alternative. She was fast to answer my messages and even offered to help me book a table in a local restaurant. There's parking with a designated space, and you collect the keys from the digital lock box by the front door - it looks like a giant padlock!!! I received good instructions by email on getting to the apartment. I recommend this to anyone visiting the conference and exhibition centre, or staying for work reasons.

There's' building work happening next door, but once you are in the apartment you can't see or hear anything. The parking space may be too small for a big long car, but there is a pay an display car park right outside the private carpark, which is only £1 from 6pm to 9am. The light at the front door doesn't come on until you are close to the door, luckily the key look box lights up. please solve the lighting as it was a bit dark
