Tutto perfetto, il terrazzo stupendo per prendere il sole. Posizione ottima sia per la marina che per la città, vicinissimo al supermercato, a tanti ristoranti e a una gastronomia buonissima. Parcheggio disponibile in strada a 5 euro a giorno (fine giugno)

Se fosse incluso il posto auto, sarebbe da 10.

Perfect location to stay in Rimini. Very spacious accommodation. Terrace on the 8th floor opening wonderful scenery. To the beach approx 400 metres. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the area.

This is not complaint but advice to owners: 1. Replace water boilers - current ones not working any more and there is no hot water in the apartment at any time! 2. Replace the beds - all your quests coming for holidays, make it holidays in your apartment! 3. Replace kitchen appliances - they simply out of date, however in working condition. 4. The apartment has wonderful panoramic terrace but apart few plastic chairs and only one sunbed - nothing else, even no sun umbrella. Please make it enjoyable area! Thanks

Bardzo duży apartament, dwie łazienki, oddzielny salon, piękny widok z balkonu na morze, duży balkon, niezbędny sprzęt kuchenny, zapas kosmetyków w łazience, czysto, winda, klimatyzacja w 3 pokojach, blisko sklep, blisko centrum.

Brak kapsułek do zmywarki, gorąco w kuchni.

Posizione splendida, spiaggia 5 minuti a piedi, supermercato 2 minuti, negozi, ristoranti e locali 5 minuti . Vista spettacolare, appartamento molto spazioso e arieggiato, adatto anche a grandi famiglie. Siamo stati benissimo.

Very spacious, clean and bright apartment. Amazing view of the city and the sea. Perfect location to move around the city.

We could not turn off the heating and it was very hot.
