The property is spacious, clean and bright! Beautiful decor throughout space. Konstantina was very welcoming and provided light snacks for our arrival. She made sure to provide clear and direct contact and responded immediately when needed. Everything that was mentioned in the listing was provided or available.

Spacious, super clean apartment very close to the beach. The managing host Konstantina was most helpful giving us tips on the best places for sunbeds, eating out etc. Great recommendations, thank you!

As mentioned in other reviews, the beds were very firm, do great for sleeping on your back, but a bit hard for side sleepers. The property was advertised with a washing machine, but did not have one. I suspect maybe it used to but got dropped in the last refurb. As we were only there 3 nights, it wasn’t a problem for us, and we were offered a solution if required by the very helpful managing host Konstantina. It would also be useful if there was a mirror in the twin room as well as well as the double room. All minor issues that did not detract from a wonderful stay!

We have been to the island many times before and have always stayed in hotels but this time decided to stay in an apartment and was not disappointed. The apartment was very clean and modern. Very spacious and the pictures do not do it justice. The location is exactly where we wanted it to be but knowing the island that was easy enough. Communication was fantastic and can’t wait to stay again.

Nothing really. Just a note no safety deposit box bit to be fair the island is super calm for crime and the advertised washing machine isn’t in the room so I guess communal on site but we didn’t need it so didn’t ask.

Location, outside space, host was very nice bought extra blanket as asked, and sorted no electric. Welcome basket of food.

Beds hard, cutlery and plates for 4 people but we had 5 people in party.

Beautiful and clean apartment just like the photos and less than a 30 second walk to the beach. Restaurants, bars and a bakery all starting within couple of minutes walk. Lots of space and outside seating area, tv’s in the bedrooms and coffee machine was a lovely touch. Would stay here again if ever visiting Kos and would recommend to family and friends.

When we arrived we didn’t realise there were two apartments, as there were no numbers on the doors, so got the key out of the key safe for the wrong apartment and let ourselves in, this could be made more clear and maybe different codes for key safe. There was no sharp knife to cut bread or vegetables that we could find, couldn’t turn on the oven, no ironing board for the iron and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable as it was hard but it was fine.
