La facilità di raggiungere il centro con i mezzi pubblici. La pulizia. La cortesia e tempestiva disponibilità per risolvere i problemi (nel nostro caso i riscaldamenti)

In cucina, a parte gli elettrodomestici non c'è nulla. Nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua. Non si pretende di certo la spesa ma giusto l'indispensabile ( un po di sale, zucchero, una sola bustina di tè..) se si arriva tardi la sera può diventare sgradevole. Le coperte e cuscini da rivedere

L'alloggio non è molto pulito, è pensato per stare qualche giorno ma per chi sta di più è guarda negli angoli, c'è molta polvere accumulata. Sono stata a Settembre quando inizia a fare freschino, non c'erano coperte pesanti, i piumini per il letto non avevano il copripiumino ed erano pieni di macchie.

Totul un loc exceptional liniste etc...

Great place! Modern, clean, and the host was attentive. They let us have a late check-out and were very responsive.

That there was no AC apart from a small portable one

The location turned out to be perfect because it is right next to a bus stop, so we ended up being one bus ride away, door-to-door, from both main train stations and Metro stops. Good restaurants and grocery options within walking distance. Also, the rooms are spacious and sound-proofed, so hardly any noise bothered us; we slept very soundly. It is a charming older building, with a beautiful domed brick ceiling in the apartment. Washer worked great. Plenty of space to put clothes and toiletries away during the stay (6 nights for us). Nice that there's an elevator, though one flight of stairs is enough not to need it.

The only real issue was that it turned out the microwave didn't work. We only realized this at the end of our stay and notified the owner/manager. One suggestion would be to provide a knife or two for vegetables (slicing, chopping). Also, the sliding glass door to the bedroom is only a visual, not a noise block.
