If you're looking to be treated like a nuisance rather than a guest, this is the place for you. From the moment I arrived, the staff made it clear that hospitality is not part of their job description. Rude, ill-mannered and blatantly disrespectful. I was stunned at how unprofessional and arrogant they were. Instead of offering even basic courtesy, I was met with eye-rolls, dismissive tones and complete disregard for any concern I raised. I've stayed at countless hotels around the country but I've never encountered such a toxic attitude from hotel staff. It felt like they were doing me a favor by simply acknowledging my presence. There is absolutely nothing luxurious, relaxing or even remotely welcoming about this place. When you stay at a hotel, you expect at least a minimum standard of respect. This hotel fails miserably. If management is reading this: train your staff or shut the place down. No one deserves to be treated the way I was. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The best thing about this hotel is its value for money. Traveling from Islamabad to Karachi is good as a midpoint night stopover. Breakfast is charged but good quality.

they do not keep track of their bookings and ask you about them. You have to remind them every time. Also, they charge you a bit above the price you booked on booking.com in the name of tax.
