La ubicacion y comodidad del alojamiento. Tiene todo lo necesario para 4 personas.

La mala comunicacion con Paula. Pregunté donde estaba el estacionamiento, ya que para nosotros era punto importante por el cual elejimos este alojamiento, pero las respuestas no eran claras, hasta que finalmente, despues de haber insistido mucho, me dice que el control se lo llevó el pasajero anterior y no tiene acceso. Nos indica que es muy facil estacionar en la calle, lo que es falso, ya que en promedio tardabamos media hora en hacerlo, fue muy molesto. Luego al ingresar al edificio, a las 15:00 horas que era el check in, nos damos cuenta que el numero indicado de puerta del departamento no era correcto, no existia y lo peor es que NUNCA me contestó las varias llamadas que le hice. Luego me contacta por otro numero de whatsapp y me dice el numero de puerta correcto, pero para nuestra sorpresa en esa puerta vimos entrar a 2 personas, lo que nos pareció muy extraño. Tratamos de ingresar al departamento, pero la caja de seguridad no tenía las llaves y al golpear la puerta no nos abrían. ya imaginando que era una estafa, mi marido llama desde su telefono a Paula y ahí sí contesta. Resumen, el aseo no estaba listo y las personas que ingresaron eran del aseo, el que estuvo listo alrededor de las 16:00. Sobre el estacionamiento se comprometió a solucionarlo un dia lunes, lo que significó cambiar nuestras actividades del fin de semana para 2 dias después, pero eso nunca sucedió. perdimos 2 dias de actividades esperando la solucion y cuando se le consulta ese dia lunes nuevamente NO responde mensajes de whatsapp ni llamadas.
