Immaculately clean, owne/operators extraordinarily helpfull, accommodating and thoughtful. Every single thing about the property shows the personal caring touch of the owners little extras here and there unique and extraordinary outside courtyard sitting area. Peaceful and quiet. perfect if you're going out to Rome airport overnight or two or more nights.r. Only thing to consider is from the property, because it is adjacent to the airport, there is not any place you can walk to. It can be a plus if you want a quiet relaxing morning and evening in the garden patio area.

The property was very well located for our needs! We stayed one night to fly the day after! The location is very close the the airport therefore convenient if you are flying out! Furthermore, it was very clean and met my cleanliness standards that are very high:))) The staff, WOW just WOW very friendly, nice and helpful! Olga took care of us just like she had known us forever and Paola was our driver to the airport, it was appreciated she arrived before the scheduled time! Cristina, the owner, although we haven’t not met her, she made sure to communicate with us regularly to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and met our needs.

Nothing as we were staying only there for one night. Fortunately, the location has a restaurant because there are none close by!

Close to the airport for a brief overnight stay - arrived late and left early with minimal fuss. The host Cristina made sure that all ran smoothly and arranged our transport to/from the airport. Great communication on directions etc so we knew exactly how to find out driver.

Nothing - all was exactly as described when we booked (exceeded expectations).

L’hôtel est situé à proximité de l’aéroport de Fiumicino, raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi d’y passer une nuit. Nous l’avons choisi parce que nous préférons ne pas séjourner dans un hôtel de chaîne. On ne peut pas le rejoindre directement depuis l’aéroport, mais le service de navette proposé par l’hôtel, assuré soit par Christina, qui en est la responsable, soit par une personne extérieure fonctionne parfaitement. La communication avant l’arrivée a été sans faille et l’accueil très agréable. La chambre était vraiment impeccable et l’hôtel offre l’avantage d’avoir un restaurant de qualité.

It was so wonderful. Actually the best accommodations I have over 18 days other than the Hassler in Rome, which is a great honor. The location is 5 minutes from FCO making it perfect for those leaving from Rome in an early flight. Christa was an absolutely perfect hostess. So very helpful and generous. She and Olga speak so many languages. Best of all is the food at the hotel. Spectacular. I liked the room. Even the bathroom. They need 10 times as many rooms as they have now.

I wish it had a pool.
