Loughview Gardens - family friendly

Clean, all amenities provided and close to centre.

Could do with a bit of redecorating.

We were attending a family party in Drumquin so location was good. Lots of treats provided and everything you could possibly need for our stay was there. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking but for us it was just an overnight visit so it was great to be able to cook breakfast the following morning. Parking was good too for 2 cars. The garden area was nice too

Overall it was good but probably needs a bit of updating. The bed in the main bedroom was really uncomfortable so a good night sleep wasn't got. We were here on a Saturday night which was quiet but there is a lot of construction working going on behind the house so not sure how noisy it would be during the week.

Position was great for our needs. There was more than enough space inside and outside the house. Comfortable sleeping areas. Kitchen had lots of extras. I could keep listing…

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The host had left a lovely welcome pack in the house, very thoughtful. But if you need anything there is a great spar a 2 minute drive away, and what looks like a great playpark just across from it. Lovely little house with lots of little toys for kids to play with. House fully kitted out for cooking in too. Great backyard space, with football nets which entertained the kids brilliantly. Just note if you have younger kids the fence at rear isn't completely secure so couldnt be left unattended.

Just a small thing, missed having a smart TV to watch something in the evening when the kids went to bed, and couldn't get chrome cast to work on the TV either.
