Location- Not in the heart of Bowness but close enough to walk to restaurants and pubs etc Nice and clean

Room very basic for price. Welcome guide asked for rubbish to be taken out to main bins at the end of our stay- never been asked to do this anywhere in Bowness before and would expect this to be part of the service. Room very noisy, door to next apartment very close to our room so was woken multiple times by people coming in and out

Location was fantastic, just behind the main street of Bowness on Windermere where there are a few shops to wander around, and coffee shops that allow dogs in which is always good!

Room was very hot! We were provided with a fan, but sometimes this seemed to just blow the hot air around.

Easy access to Windermere and surrounding attractions

Great location for walks and amenities. Spacious well equipped and very quiet and of course pet friendly.

The mattress needs replacing, you can feel the divan underneath it. So uncomfortable. Pillows are really thin, take your own.

The room had an open floor plan and was very spacious. It was clean and a full kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, kettle, sink). The room has large windows that can be opened, allowing a lot of daylight into the room. It is dog friendly and the space was helpful being accompanied by my medium-large dog.

The bed was okay comfort but the pillows were very dense and uncomfortable. I had to resort to using the couch throw pillow which was softer. There is no grass nearby for my dog to do her business. The closest green space was about 0.25 miles from the flat, not to bad of a walk

The property itself was great, facilities and location.

Booking.com did not email me the access information, therefore I had to contact the owner, who was extremely helpful. It took me a while to find as it was raining & dark & Google Maps directed me to the wrong side of the divided road. As the road is divided into 2 different parts & their is only a walkway & no road link between them. It is a named apartment in an block of apartments with a different name on it, so a bit confusing.
