There was no breakfast. Location is good, but my experience was sore due to the property condition

Dint have code at the time of check in. property was not clean. I contacted the host in the morning of check in, but he said I should contact another no. I was not given entry code, it was difficult to get in the property, even Uber couldn't find my address as it was a bit of a walk down some steps, and we struggled with it too. Host finally responded when I told him I couldn't get in, he asked me to contact someone else who supervises cleaning, the cleaning lady was upset she didn't know anyone was checking in..Instead of relaxing on my trip, I was busy engaging with host/supervisor over texts and calls. At dinner time, the host offered someone would come and clean, and we were offered dinner outside by the host, we had already ordered in, and I had 3 kids with me, and an elderly friend..I could not compromise on my privacy. It also seemed pointless, as I was checking out the coming morning, and the host didnt care earlier when I informed him. I was charged a big cleaning fee at the time of booking, I want my money back. The host has stopped responding to my texts since I checked out..its been 2 weeks!

I enjoyed the location, the amenities including the pool and the tennis/basketball area were amazing! The space was clean and spacious for our family of 6. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay again

the town house was clean big spacious rooms all the things i needed was already there didnt need to bring anything with us!

I feel like the time I got there every thing was closed for my kids which was not fair because check in was 3:00 pm and I didn’t get PIN code till 4:00 pm also had to call for PIN code because didn’t get text also to many steps to get in room my kids where very upset with the whole trip thumbs down I tryed to get refunded soon as got there and said they can’t not so I was stuck there with nothing to do with 5 teenagers not good experience !!!

Property was well kept. Loved the pool!

There are no walking areas around the property. You drive to property and drive to facilities. Although, that is similar to most places.

Love that they had an indoor pool and hot tub it was very clean quite and staff was very friendly also mall 12 mins away with lots of food locations

Hot tub was Not working the whole time we where there

Very clean! Plenty of space, kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots and pans for cooking.

We had a 6pm check in but couldn’t get in until 7 because a door code was never provided and we couldn’t get in touch with property manager. We never received a welcome text with code or wifi password.
